Encaustic Art FAQ
Timeframe: Artwork in stock ships within 72hrs. New art orders ship within 2-3 weeks.
Limited Edition: Signed certificate of authenticity with serial number enclosed with each work in a 1 of 10 series.
Artwork: I personally hand craft each archival quality encaustic work. The Hahnemühle fine art print is mounted to cradled art board, and layers of encaustic wax medium are brushed and heat fused for texture and finish. The work cures for 72hrs, is buffed, and then shipped to you with attached hardware, ready for display.
Order Timeframe: Artwork in stock ships within 2 days. New orders are lovingly hand crafted and shipped in about 2 weeks.
Guarantee: If for any reason you are not delighted with your artwork, you may ship it back in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund.
Durability: Your encaustic art photography work is fully archival and can last for generations. Wax and resin will not melt unless exposed to extreme temperatures of over 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not place in direct sunlight or next to heat sources.
Maintenance and care: Natural beeswax tends to ‘bloom’ so occasionally buff the surface gently with a soft cloth. Over time the surface retains its gloss as the wax and resin medium cure and harden.
Shipping: Free shipping to US 48. International shipping available.
